With the holiday season fast approaching, the 24th Annual Holliday Effort will be formally kicked-off on November 1, 2020. Of course, this year’s effort will be like no other due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the Holiday Effort will go on, because the children with life-threatening and life-limiting illness continue to need support and help, now more than ever, so with some tweaks here and there we will look to build upon the incredible milestone success that we had in 2019 when we helped over 550+ children and their families and raised a total of over $20,000 in donations to help during the holidays and throughout the year. Register to sponsor a child or make a donation and look for my formal kick-off message. If you want to be added to the mailing list email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Charity OverviewThe Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation ("Caring for Children") has grown substantially since it was founded in 1997, and the charity currently helps children from Massachusetts through Upstate New York.
The mission of The Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation is to help children who suffer from a chronic, life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses and who are from economically challenged families.
Caring for Children supports these children in a variety of ways. We focus on helping to provide the children's basic needs and to fund educational, enrichment, and severe needs opportunities that these children would not otherwise be able to participate in.
Caring for Children is a charitable non-profit organization under U.S.C. 501(c)(3), and over 90% of the monies raised by The Foundation is utilized to support the activities we provide to the hundreds of children and families we help during the holidays and throughout the year. Additionally, all donations (monetary and non-monetary) are tax deductible.
