The Board of Directors of the Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation (“Caring for Children”) is responsible for the running of the foundation, financial matters, community outreach, compiling the stories of the children, donor matching, technology infrastructure, creative direction, marketing strategy, website management, and social media. John Iovieno | Founder, President & CEO
John Iovieno is the founder and the president of The Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation (“Caring for Children”), and for the last 27 years has been responsible for leading the foundation at all levels of the organization. As the head of the Board of Directors, John works with other board members to ensure all charity activities are managed and executed, as well as ensuring fiscal stability. John is a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at MarketResearch.com. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester along with Olivier Sartor and Ashley McNamara. John received his MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Phil Iovieno | General Counsel
Phil Iovieno is the General Council for the Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation “Caring for Children”. In addition to managing all legal aspects for the Foundation, Phil has helped lead the growth and future planning of Caring for Children for over 20 years. And, each year Phil manages one of our largest fundraising efforts raising tens of thousands of dollars that Caring for Children uses during the holidays and throughout the year. Phil Iovieno is the co-head of Cadwalader’s Antitrust Litigation practice, with a practice focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust and other complex commercial litigation. Phil has also been active in the local chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Phil is a graduate of Siena College and received his law degree from Albany Law.
Rachel Diness-Tourtellott | VP
Rachel Diness-Tourtellott is the Vice President of The Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation (“Caring for Children”) and is responsible for coordinating with the healthcare and social work organizations to manage all aspects of identifying children in need of sponsoring for our annual Holiday Effort and throughout the year. Rachel is also an integral part of all facets of the Foundation’s charitable activities and future planning. Rachel began her involvement as a social worker providing referrals to the foundation, and this has allowed her to bring a unique and valuable perspective to the Foundation for the last 25 years. Rachel is a graduate of Russell Sage College and received her MSW from Boston University.
Michael McCutcheon | Tech Director
Michael McCutcheon is our Technology Director of The Frank and Rosemary Iovieno Caring for Children Foundation (“Caring for Children”). Michael manages all of our back-end systems and most importantly, the sponsor matching system which connects the children and the families with the donors. He is currently Chief Solution Officer of Rational Enterprise and a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ashley McNamara | Content Director
Ashley Sartor McNamara is our Content Director and was one of our early Holiday Effort sponsors. Ashley is responsible for reviewing over 800 stories each year about the children to ensure they are as consistent and accurate as possible. Ashley works for Elbow Grease Marketing, in their content and website design department. Ashley graduated from the University of Rochester with John and her brother Olivier. Olivier Sartor | Marketing Director
Olivier Sartor is our Marketing Director and was one of our early Holiday Effort sponsors. Olivier joined the Board in 2020 to launch our social media channels. He and his team at Elbow Grease Marketing designed and launched our new WordPress website in 2021. Olivier is the founder of Elbow Grease Marketing which helps companies drive digital marketing success in strategy, content, social media, advertising, SEO, and website design. Mark Tourtellott | Creative Director
As our Creative Director, Mark Tourtellott provides the creative vision for our foundation. His guidance has allowed Caring for Children to develop a strong brand impression with our audience through the creation of our logo, design and visual elements. Mark is currently working as Co-Director of Technology for SIMIODE.org a STEM focused Math Education project and independently as a Creative Studio and Technology Consultancy.
